Muv-Luv Alternative Episode 11 reveals the Alternative IV war between America and Japan. The war recently began after Takeru met with Her Majesty Yuuhi, who he thought was Meiya. In the end, Yuuhi tells Takeru that she is Meiya’s twin sister. She gave Takeru a present that reminds her of Meiya and told her to give Meiya. The American soldiers are after Yuuhi, but the Japanese soldiers protect her. In Muv-Luv Alternative’s latest episode, Sagiri and his men receive the message that they failed to capture Yuuhi, and their troop got wiped out.
The soldier asks Sagviri what to do, but he is not worried since he believes that the Japanese soldiers are not stronger than his troop. At the battlefield, Madoka is supprises that the new OS was against other humans. Yuuko is glad that no one has died from her troop. The soldiers realize that they must focus and not let the enemies pass them. Madoka feels like fighting to kill is not good, and other soldiers tell her to get used to it since they are in a war. They told her about the importance of the mission.
The enemy troop appeared, and the Japanese decided to call for reinforcement. Meiya orders her team to execute their plan. Sagiri went to his men and addressed his speech. He told the that the Americans and the UN are in the process of taking Her Majesty. Takeru is somewhere protecting Meiya, who is feeling dizzy. He reports to the HQ about her state. Lt. Tsukiyomi receives a message and learns that Yuuhi has not slept since the battle has begun. The soldiers receive orders from the HQ to limit the TSF movement and allow Yuuhi to recover.

Takeru looked at the doll Yuuhi gave to him and remembered what she had told him. He realizes that the Koubuin Family has their belief when twins are born, which is why distant relatives adopted Meiya. Takeru realizes that Yuuhi has never spoken with Meiya ever since birth since they separated at a young age. He also learns about the Shogun family. He realizes that Meiya was taken hostage because of Yuuhi’s position. Yuuhi thought Meiya would hate her, but Takeru thinks Meiya is different and will forgive her sister.

He belive that Meiya knows better than anyone about Yuuhi’s situation. Meiya was furious the day she learned about Mount Tengen’s incident. She told Takeru about it and hows the citizens are treated there. Takeru receives a message telling her to administer a dose of the sedative triazolam to Yuuhi. He agrees, and the battle continues from the other side. Meiya noticed that the enemies wouldn’t give up soon and told others to stay strong. She reminds them not to let the enemies lure them into the traps. Meiya realizes that the enemies are blocking their path to buy time for reinforcement.
The soldiers decided to surround and begin to blast them away. They know that they can fight imperial elites on equal footing with the new OS. But Takahara’s OS got cut in half, and Meiya wonders if Takahara is dead. Meiya witnesses that OS is burning and exploding and realizes it is over for Takahara. The lady from the enemy side told her crew to fight unpredictably, not let them overwhelm them. Meiya decided to avenge Takahara. But her side told her to be careful. Takeru wonders if he should dose Yuuhi.
