Alison Victoria Faces New Obstacles in This Season of ‘Windy City Rehab’
In the latest season, Alison Victoria has 12 projects spread across Chicago, which brings a new set of challenges. She will deal with tight timelines, budget constraints, and client expectations, all while sourcing special pieces and maximizing space to create unique properties with her signature style.
The season will also cover her efforts to return to the flipping business. To raise money for new projects, Alison decides whether to keep or sell her newly renovated dream home in Chicago and her Atlanta condo.
The season begins with Alison meeting a family in Little Italy, who trust her to renovate their dream home. The project had faced delays due to permit issues. Alison plans to modernize the 1890s-era home with a chef’s kitchen while preserving historic features like Chicago common brick and original stained glass.
The new season of Windy City Rehab premieres on Tuesday, September 24, at 8:00 pm ET on HGTV, with new episodes airing every Tuesday night. Fans can stream all episodes on Max.
