Alice Gear Aegis Expansion follows the life of five main characters, Agatsuma Kaede, Hirasaka Yotsuyu, Kaneshiya Shitara, Takahata Nodaka, and Momoshina Fumika and with the power they have to wield Alice Gears. They fight aliens and save the earth!
Alice Gear Aegis Expansion takes place in the far future of Earth after a race of mechanical creatures or aliens invaded Earth and made Earth inhabitable; now, humans are forced to live in starships and in fragments of Earth’s shattered moon.
It’s up to young girls or ‘Actresses’ to save humanity by killing Vice and aliens by using their supernatural ability to wield weapons or more specifically, Alice gears.

Alice Gear Aegis Expansion Episode 2 Recap
In the previous episode of Alice Gear Aegis Expansion, we saw our characters moving to the Naruzoko factory to begin preparations for fighting Vice. Even though watching the episode doesn’t give you any vibes of five young girls training to fight aliens that took over Earth, you can certainly stay assured that this is happening in the background, but it’s very slice-of-life.
Our main characters, Agatsuma Kaede, Hirasaka Yotsuyu, Kaneshiya Shitara, Takahata Nodaka, and Momoshina Fumika, finish relocating by moving their things and starts adapting to their new life as factory workers. After finishing their factory work, everyone decides to take a break and play a little survival game with guns. The rules of the game are as follows,
1. To win, you must infiltrate the enemy base and capture their flag and return to your base safely with the flag.
2. If you get shot, you must be honest about it and drop out of the game.
With the rules in place, everyone gets ready to fight, and the game begins!
