Karam is going through his cancer treatment. He is taken care of and accompanied by his mother, Hala. She is doing every possible way to make Karam feel better. She tells Karam about the separation of Sarah and Zein. Sarah visits Karam, and they had a good bonding since the beginning. The growing nearness is very startling for Zein.
Police have come to Mr. Ibrahim’s residence inquiring regarding suspicious material discovered in his truck. Zein’s mother, Sumayya, and Karam’s mother, Hala, got into a heated quarrel about their sons. Zein inquired about her and Karam, but Sarah firmly declined to provide any other information.
Zein and Karam, formerly close friends, are involved in an angry quarrel. Karam realizes the real reason Zein is enraged and ready to fight him. Tima discovers that Sarah deceived her best friend about what happened to her. She feels betrayed, which creates a gap in their friendship.
Sumayya had been trying to set up Mia with her son Zein to get Sarah out of his mind. Zein decided to take his steps toward Mia. Mr. Ibrahim and his truck were the subjects of an investigation. The culprits got captured for illegal transportation.
Ibrahim, Sarah’s son, misses Zein’s company and contacts him without her mother’s consent to come to meet him. Karam chose to express his love for Saraha, and he did it. Mr. Ibrahim is selling his factory after the police case. Salem tricked Layl about his visa.
Sarah has set certain boundaries with Karam after his confession. Tima has prepared a special day for Karam. Unfortunately, he was discovered unconsciously on the floor when Tima found him. Meanwhile, Zein and Mila have postponed their upcoming wedding.
Karam got admitted to the hospital after being found unconscious. His health is decorating. Tima and Karam had an extensive conversation about their future and the events happening around them. Karam’s cancer treatment includes chemotherapy. His mother, Hala, Tima, and Sarah, are his pillars of strength as he battles difficulties through cancer. On the other hand, Zein gave Mia a lovely present to make her happy.
