San Diego Comic-Con 2026 is set to become a major destination for Adult Swim fans as the network has revealed an ambitious lineup of panels, immersive attractions, and exclusive events. Running throughout the convention, Adult Swim’s programming combines fan experiences, live entertainment, and behind-the-scenes discussions for some of its biggest animated franchises.

The centerpiece of this year’s celebration is a brand-new Rick and Morty immersive attraction, accompanied by panel appearances from the creative teams behind Rick and Morty, My Adventures with Superman, President Curtis, and Common Side Effects.

Visitors can also enjoy nightly events, free entertainment, and interactive installations at Adult Swim on the Green, many of which do not require a Comic-Con badge. With exclusive reveals, new footage, and appearances from creators and voice actors, Adult Swim is positioning itself as one of the convention’s biggest attractions.

Adult Swim President Michael Ouweleen emphasized that Comic-Con remains one of the company’s favorite opportunities to meet fans in person while celebrating the shows that define the network.

“Comic-Con is one of our favorite opportunities to get out from behind the screen and spend time with the people who make these shows possible: the fans. We’ve got great talent, great shows and an alarming number of things for attendees to climb on, play with and become emotionally attached to. Honestly, we’ve created the kind of weekend we’d want to attend ourselves.”

A major highlight is Adult Swim on the Green, located outside the San Diego Convention Center at 5th Avenue Landing and Convention Way. The outdoor activation runs from Thursday, July 23 through Saturday, July 25 (1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.), and Sunday, July 26 (11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.), with free entry and no badge required.

Leading the attraction lineup is the RAMbler, a custom-built Rick and Morty experience inspired by the classic Scrambler amusement ride. Guests will enter through a towering 26-foot-tall Rick head before stepping into a dome filled with original animation, music, lighting, and immersive effects that recreate the show’s chaotic multiverse. Designed specifically for Comic-Con, the attraction promises a blend of thrill ride and interactive storytelling unlike anything Adult Swim has previously offered.

The Green will also feature several other interactive experiences inspired by Adult Swim originals. Fans can explore an eight-foot Marshall fountain based on Common Side Effects, participate in the comedic Haha, You Clowns mini-golf challenge featuring the Campbell Boys, try a President Curtis slingshot game with creatures from the upcoming animated series, and climb aboard a giant Mr. Boss installation celebrating the Emmy-nominated Smiling Friends.

Each evening, Adult Swim will host free entertainment beginning at 7:15 p.m. On Thursday, attendees can watch Night of New, an outdoor screening featuring never-before-seen content, surprise previews, and network reveals. Friday features an exclusive Rick and Morty live table read with members of the voice cast, offering fans a rare look at the recording process. On Saturday, the network celebrates 25 years of Adult Swim with a cosplay event and a live animated visual performance by Afuchs Twin, followed by a free DJ dance party running from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Comic-Con attendees can also head to the Indigo Ballroom at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront on Friday, July 24, for an afternoon packed with back-to-back Adult Swim panels.

The day begins at 12:00 p.m. with Common Side Effects Season 2, where co-creators Joe Bennett and Steve Hely, along with stars Martha Kelly and Joseph Lee Anderson, will discuss the award-winning series’ second season, which is currently in production. The panel will offer an inside look at new storylines, character development, animation, and the creative process behind expanding the show’s world.

At 1:00 p.m., Adult Swim will officially introduce President Curtis, the upcoming animated comedy set in the Rick and Morty universe. Co-creators Dan Harmon and James Siciliano will appear alongside Keith David, who voices President Andre Curtis, to preview the new series centered on interdimensional diplomacy, paranormal investigations, and bizarre government missions.

The schedule continues at 2:00 p.m. with My Adventures with Superman Season 3. Showrunners Jake Wyatt and Brendan Clogher, writer Karen Graci, and cast members Jack Quaid, Alice Lee, Ishmel Sahid, and Kiana Madeira will discuss the next chapter of the acclaimed animated series, including Clark Kent and Lois Lane’s evolving relationship, new challenges facing Metropolis, and behind-the-scenes stories from the upcoming season.

Closing out the programming at 3:00 p.m. is the highly anticipated Rick and Morty Season 9 panel. Executive producers Dan Harmon and Scott Marder will be joined by voice actors Ian Cardoni, Harry Belden, Spencer Grammer, and Chris Parnell to share creative insights, behind-the-scenes stories, and tease what’s ahead for Rick, Morty, and the rest of the Smith family as the Emmy-winning series continues its multiverse adventures.
