Qin Shi changed the word “married” to “married” on her resume after learning about the law business’s hiring requirements. Qin Shi immediately lands the position thanks to her brother’s little tweak and her impressive CV. However, things get much more difficult when Yang Hua, her “husband,” arrives.

Qin Shi wants to discuss the issue with her supervisor, but she can’t seem to choose the right moment. Yang Hua’s parents force him to go on a blind date with Qin Shi’s most formidable foe, and Yang Hua concludes that marrying Qin Shi will help him and Qin Shi escape their current predicament.

The two proceed directly to the Civil Affairs Bureau to register their marriage after agreeing that the scheme is advantageous to both parties. Although her unexpected marriage resolves one set of issues, other ones soon surface since both Qin Shi and Yang Hua’s parents believe the two are up to no good. This wedding pair has a lot to handle between evading their parents’ queries and Qin Shi’s ex returning into her life all of a sudden.
