Our favorite mother-daughter duo, consisting of Mina and her mother Karen, is back in town as the hugely successful house-flipping series from HGTV, Good Bones, recently returned to television for its seventh season as of Tuesday, July 12, 2022, with its first episode officially entitled “Quaint Cottage With Vintage Vibes”.
As of the present moment, the reality show is well into its new run, as ten episodes from Season 7 have already aired. Episode 10 had come out only the week before on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, and in it, we saw Mina take on the biggest challenge of her career till now when she is tasked with renovating the 6,000 square foot bridal shop owned by her best friend.

A project this large in scale comes with the promise of bringing in more commercial renovation gigs at the high end. But the pressure is bang on as Mina and her team only have sixty days on their hands to finish the job, and they must make it count. Episode 10 from Good Bones Season 7 is called “The Wedding Studio”.
Good Bones Season 7 Episode 11 Preview
The episode, which is scheduled to come out this week, would be the eleventh from the latest season of Good Bones. In the episode, we will see Mina and the gang take it back to Old Southside in Indianapolis to flip a house that the real estate queen had bought without even checking it out herself physically first.
They arrived on site only to learn that the entire structure had no solid foundation and had to be taken apart in order to build again from scratch. In addition, planning for a quick sale, Mina had unintentionally set an aggressive time limit, something which could compromise the quality of the outcome.
The official episode title for Episode 11 from Season 7 of Good Bones is “Soft Stark Southside House”. Episode 12 will follow in coming out the week after, and in it, we will see Mina come to the decision to create a property on Charles Street identical to the one she had flipped earlier in the area, owing to its commercial success.
This would be achieved by copying the floor plan of the previous house while taking inspiration from a cabin chic theme. However, when her team is faced with frequent delays after one inspection failing after another, will the whole project meet its end or be abandoned halfway?
Episode 12 is officially dubbed “Twinning Is Winning”.

Good Bones is an HGTV series that takes after various other shows on the DIY Network and HGTV itself, which feature specialists in revitalization who convert abandoned, decayed, and out-of-fashion homes into state-of-the-art remodels.
Good Bones, specifically, follows the dynamic team of Karen Jensen and her daughter Mina Starsiak Hawk who combine their legal knowledge and real estate expertise, respectively, to transfigure properties within as well as surrounding Indianapolis, USA, their native town.
