The Resident Season 6 Episode 7 will release on 8 November 2022 on FOX. Episode 7 is titled “The Chimera”. Fox has not yet disclosed how many episodes will be in this season. The show is irregular because the number of episodes per season is not consistent. Ideally, Season 6 of the show will consist of 20–23 episodes.
The Synopsis of episode 7 is as follows: “Raptor and Conrad are called in to check on a death row inmate who the prison doctor thinks is faking his symptoms. In the brand-new “The Chimera” episode of The Resident, Devon meets a touring British couple who are concerned about the cost of American healthcare, while Kit and Bell visit the Georgia Governor.”
This season, pressing issues are addressed that test the limits of our heroes as they battle for the lives of their patients. After our protagonists were last seen at Chastain, the season begins six months later. It is the responsibility of our doctors to shed light on the negative effects official corruption has on the healthcare system since Chastain’s quality of care is in jeopardy.
The Resident Going On Hiatus
There are a few things that are important to note here, beginning with the fact that episode 7 will, regrettably, not be released for a while. So why the delay? Well, a big part of that is because November 1 is a World Series date. You shouldn’t be too surprised that this is happening again because there is typically at least a little break during this time of year because of baseball.
The fact that Fox is continuing to air The Resident on this day, while the midterm elections are taking place, is a little more surprising. We are keeping the possibility that the show will be delayed or postponed in the back of our minds.
Another thing to keep in mind is that this episode’s director is Malcolm-Jamal Warner! He certainly has a thorough understanding of the show, and we have no doubt that he will be able to produce a very great hour of television.
