Akiba Maid Sensou, or Akiba Maid War, shocked the anime community with its plot. The show is not based on any manga and is an original anime show. Akiba Maid Sensou is produced by Cygames and P.A. Works under the direction of Sōichi Masui and written by Yoshihiro Hiki.
The first episode of the anime series Akiba Maid Sensou premiered on October 7th, 2022, on multiple Japanese television networks, including Tokyo MX, BS11, KBS Kyoto, and SUN. The show is licensed by Crunchyroll in Europe and some parts of Asia, including India.

What Is Akiba Maid Sensou All About?
Akiba Maid Sensou opens up in 1985, where we see a brief clip of some Maids, that are driving up to a location, ones gets out and looks a little bit like an older Maid, and she walks towards the door of the cafe while at the same time, a random maid appears beside him, who after seeing her, pull out a gun and shot her down.
After that incident, we jump forward to the year 1999, and we have a girl named Nagomi Wahira, who recently moved to Akihabara and is excited to start her new living life, working as a maid at Oinky Doink Cafe, which is a pig-themed-based maid cafe and is apparently a subsidiary of the Creatureland group.
As she walks through the door, she is immediately greeted by Yumechi, who is doing her usual maid routine to welcome her in, but then she tells her that she is here for a job. After that, Nagomi is brought in, she gets her new outfit, and she starts the job alongside Ranko Mannen, who is a 35-year-old lady.
Things become a little bit more serious as we have a random guy shows up at the front door, Nagomi greets him, but other maids tell her not to because the random person is a part of Creatureland Group, and he is the guy that is coming to shake them up for money.
After threatening the manager of the cafe, because she didn’t pay her dues, the guy asks Nagomi to run the errand for the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam, which apparently is the competitor of their parent company, Creatureland Group.
Then the manager reluctantly goes into the back room and gives Nagomi a letter, and tells her to take it down to the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam. At the same time, Ranko decides to go with her. At the Ramen shop downstairs, the chef guy hands Ranko a big huge paper bag; after that, Nagomi and Ranko end up going to the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam place, which is a rabbit-theme-based competitor.
After handing over the letter to the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam, the head of the cafe starts beating Nagomi, and because of that, Ranko pulls out the gun and BOOM….. shoots her down.
Only two episodes of the show have come out while the third one is on the way, and until now, it feels like a very violent show with a slight taste of Comedy.
