Florida police are actively pursuing a search for former Jackass stuntman Bam Margera after he fled from his court-appointed rehab. We are sadly reporting that Bam Margera is reported missing. The Delray Beach Police Department informed about the issue to the press earlier today.
A manager of the rehab facility where Margera was institutionalized reported to the authorities that Bam Margera left because he was not satisfied with the treatment and was going to check himself into a different rehabilitation institution. As it turns out, Margera can’t do that because the court told him to stay there. Read our scoop below.
Bam Margera Is Reported Missing
Brandon Cole Margera, aka Bam Margera, left his court-appointed rehab institution in Florida today in his car because he wasn’t happy with the way he was receiving treatment at the Florida institution. By doing it, he’s in contravention of a court mandate that will bring him consequences. However, Margera is sober and doesn’t seem to harm himself or others. He vanished. And the cops can’t find him.
Margera’s drug addiction and drinking habits got the best of him over the past years. It got so bad that he wasn’t cast for the final installment of Jackass because the producers thought that he might hurt himself. The 42-year-old has been checking himself in and out of institutions unsuccessfully and only managed to complete a year of treatment recently. He reported a few months ago on social media that his battle against substance abuse is difficult. Still, he has been doing well.

An ex-parte judicial order is an order issued by a judge without requiring the presence of both parties to the case.
