The full-scale investigation of Kwon Bo Yeon’s death in the Nawoo Dong residency officially starts in tVN’s latest mystery-comedy series, The Killer’s Shopping List Episode 3. It was Ahn Dae Sung who found the dead body of the school teacher among the bushes, and though he remains a prime suspect in the eyes of the police officers, viewers are looking forward to him using his mental math and reasoning instincts to find out who the real culprit is.
But Dae Sung and his girlfriend Do Ah Hee need to find the murderer because at the end of this week’s episode, Dae Sung’s mother and the owner of MS Mart Han Myung Sook find yet another bloodied corpse while entering the flat with the resident real-estate agent Seo Cheon Kyu (who is Seo Yool’s father). To provide a recap, before Kwon Bo Yeon’s corpse was found, the resident kiddo Seo Yool had submitted one of Bo Yeon’s pair of slippers to MS Mart’s Lost & Found section. Upon knowing that she found the slipper around the cathedral area in front of the statue of the Virgin Mary, Dae Sung searches the area for any clues and finds a bunch of pills, which turn out to be vitamin tablets that are exclusively available in MS Mart. Dae Sung also deduces that the weapon of murder was a high-elasticity pair of pantyhose, which was used to strangle Bo Yeon.
The Killer’s Shopping List Episode 3 Release Date & Episode Preview
The Killer’s Shopping List Episode 3 will be released on 4th May 2022 (Wednesday) at 10:30 PM KST. For other regions, that is 7 PM IST, 11:30 PM AEST, and 8:30 AM EST. By the end of Ep 2, we see Han Myung Sook finding a dead body in the apartment she was making deliveries to, in which she entered along with the real estate agent Seo Cheon Kyu to whom the owner of the house had apparently given house-entering permission to. To the viewers, this may seem like Cheon Kyu was trying to establish proof that he found the body with someone else and that he wasn’t the murderer, but whether this is true or not, only time will tell. Additionally, Ahn Dae Sung and Do Ah Hee also find out that the neighborhood old homeless man with amnesia is Oh Cheon Won, a criminal with a long history with MS Mart.
In the preview for Episode 3 of The Killer’s Shopping List, the gang tries to find out who the accomplice of the murderer is. Han Myung Sook asks Dae Sung if he has any suspects in mind, and he replies that maybe the culprit is somebody who works in the store since the murder weapons were items that could be bought from MS Mart. Especially suspicious in the eyes of Dae Sung is the latest recruitment of MS Mart, Saeng Sun (Fish), who has a previous criminal record because of theft.
Meanwhile, Do Ah Hee tries to find more concrete evidence. On the other hand, Dae Sung finds out that the latest suspect in the murder cases is none other than himself, along with Do Ah Hee, who tries to prove that MS Mart has nothing to do with the case. The couple also shares a tender moment by a bonfire on the rooftop. Finally, Dae Sung goes to extreme lengths to find new pieces of evidence (think climbing a building through its pipelines!).
