By now, fans all over the world know that MBC will be releasing a new drama, ‘From Now Showtime,’ and recently, they have released new character stills for the actress Jin Ki Joo.
From Now Showtime is actually a new concept drama, wherein it is the perfect blend of comedy and mystery. The storyline chronicles a famous and charming magician, Cha Cha Woong, played by Park Hae Jin, whose life crosses paths with a passionate police officer, Go Seul Hae, played by Jin Ki Joo. Go Seul Hae has magical and supernatural powers as well.
Go Seul Hae is a strong woman. But due to her responsibilities and overwhelming life, she has some bouts of weakness as well. However, despite her shortcomings, Go Seul Hae always strives to protect those she loves very fiercely as well.
Jung Joon Ho plays Choi Geom, a god who has been protecting Cha Cha Woong’s family for generations. Jung Suk Yong, Go Kyu Pil, and Park Seo Yeon play three ghosts who surround Cha Cha Woong, Choi Geom, and Go Seul Hae. Kim Hee Jae plays the youngest police constable Lee Yong Ryeol. Jang Ha Eun plays Ye Ji, a young mudang (shamaness).

‘From Now Showtime’ Shares Glimpses Of Jin Ki Joo’s Character
On the basis of these stills, viewers will be left mesmerized while also seeing a new side to Jin Ki Joo’s character, Go Seul Hae. In the first still, viewers and fans can see a more serious side of Go Seul Hae, where she seems like a committed police officer on the job. In another photo, we can see Go Hae Seul smiling broadly in an adorable school-girl-inspired outfit. However, it is the final still that takes our breath away. Go Hae Seul looks glammed out to the max, which serves to pique the viewers’ interest as well.
When it comes to her job and catching criminals, Go Seul Hae is cold, calculating, and persistent. But a switch flips inside her whenever she is near Cha Cha Woong, and she turns giddy like a schoolgirl.
From Now Showtime Team Praises Jin Ki Joo
It seems that everyone loves actress Jin Ki Joo. Even the cast and the crew on the sets of the drama, From Now Showtime, are not immune to her charms. One production team member went on to complement Jin Ki Joo, saying that she is kind, earning her the moniker of “Kind Seul Hae.” At the same time, the production team also said that they are grateful to her since she always puts her best foot forward in all her scenes and sets an example for others as well. While she is the busiest cast member because she has to shoot various action scenes on top of having to do some romantic scenes as well, she is always kind and sweet on set.

This new poster, which was released a month ago, shows the cast of From Now Showtime having a great time. Playing up the specular premise and the setting of the stage magician (Cha Cha Woong) who can summon real ghosts, this poster is everything all the fans ever expected. There is a sparkling and shimmering background that enraptures the viewer. The central figure in this poster is Park Hae Jin, who has an alluring expression on his face as he beckons the audience to come and live their lives to the max.
However, it is Jung Joon Ho in the background that has the real magic in his hands, literally! All the other ghosts show their humanistic sides while looking very playful. On the other hand, we have Jin Ki Joo standing upright in the corner, looking like a police officer looking to uphold the law. Simultaneously, Kim Hee Jae has a more relaxed attitude despite him being a police officer as well.
