Chapter 65 Recap
Chapter 65 starts with flashbacks from the early days of Sakamoto in JAA when he used to work with Rion Akao. She was infamous for her sharp tongue and cruel ways of killing. However, Sakamoto and Nagumo were seen making fun of her for wasting too many bullets on a static target. Much like Akira, she could see the pathway to killing anyone in desperate situations, and that’s what made her so dangerous.
Back in the present, Akira admits that she is the niece of Rion Akao, and she is entering JCC to find her. It’s just as Sakamoto thought, and he suspects that Akira is being used as a pawn by someone in the dark. Meanwhile, a few kilometers away, Shin and Mafuyu have a hard time with Toramura. She keeps blasting through the huge tree trunks and attacks them with absolutely no mercy. However, Shin rejects Mafuyu’s idea of killing. Rather, he wants to knock some sense in his fellow otaku. They crashed into a river, and thanks to the other recommendation candidate, Kaji, for saving their lives.
Toramura shows up in no time, and she explains how much she is obsessed with Sakamoto. She narrates the incident when she first saw Taro Sakamoto right before her eyes. She could never get over the cold look in his eyes and his dynamic fighting style. At that moment, she thought that her heart was going to explode.
