Mr. Mayor Season 2 Episode 5 sees Neil hoping to use a skill he carefully kept to use with other Mayors of the country. Previously in Mr. Mayor Season 2, Neil came to find out that nobody in the city knows who the Mayor is. Even Jayden forgot who literally works with Neil. This encouraged Neil to bring some Mayoral awareness to the citizens. People need to know who he is because if he makes an important announcement on TV, people may not recognize him and end up skipping.
James came up with a social nudging program. This saw James introducing Neil to a trash can with Neil’s face on it. Neil unwillingly decided to test and saw people putting everything gross into his mouth. Later on in the episode, James even came up with an upgrade for the trash can that saw Mr. Mayor’s voice greeting people every time someone throws trash into the can.
Neil saw it as a decent upgrade over the first version, but when teenagers began to play around with it. He lost it. Until Jayden, who was pretending to be a Scorpio, came to tell that people may be enjoying this, but this way, the streets are way cleaner. So this was humiliating for Neil, but he was satisfied with it and gave a city-wide rollout to them.

Coming to Jayden pretending to be Scorpio now. Jayden has been sleeping in City Office for four weeks now. He has no home, and he has been sleepwalking as well. This almost saw him jumping out of the window. So Mikaela and Tommy tried to help him hunt for an apartment. He found one, but just because he wasn’t a Scorpio, he couldn’t get it.
Tommy was gonna shove laws over the landlord’s face about discrimination, but she knew those very well. There is no rule related to zodiac signs. So, Jayden had to pretend to be Scorpion to live there. Jayden trained hard, but when they realized she is forcing him to do a number of tasks, like forcefully evicting tenants, Tommy came up with an idea.
Using the laws related to building, Tommy confronted her, leaving her no choice but to give Jayden a room to live. On top of that, she never believed in this, she just used this to get rid of tenants who came with complaints.

Mr. Mayor Season 2 Episode 5 is will release on 12 April 2022. It is titled “Sister Cities”. The official synopsis of the episode suggests Mayors from LA’s sister cities are visiting. This gives Neil a chance to show off his deal-making skills. Things go south when he identifies a group of film extras as the Mayors. Arpi helps Mikaela to gather some courage so that she can ask James out.
