This is not an April Fool’s prank. The mega-popular Kpop boy band ‘SEVENTEEN’ is actually releasing a fully English pre-release track from their album. Fans of the group received a pleasant surprise when the group’s agency i.e. Pledis Entertainment posted a statement in English on the Weverse app confirming that SEVENTEEN’s first English digital will be dropped as a pre-release track. For those of you who do not know, SEVENTEEN is gearing up to drop its fourth full-length studio album. Furthermore, the album will be coming out in May of 2022. The group has been busy with ‘SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND’ which was a three-day fan meeting. On the 27th of March which was the final day of their fan meeting, SEVENTEEN bid goodbye to its fans by announcing that they will be dropping a pre-release track from their fourth studio album.
What fans did not expect however was for the pre-release track to be the SEVENTEEN’s first English single. SEVENTEEN fans are not able to catch a break because the group also revealed its new official motion logo, which marks the inauguration of SEVENTEEN’s new era. The sensational Kpop boy group ‘SEVENTEEN’ will be dropping its pre-release English track on the 15th of April at 1 PM according to Korean Standard Time. Fans in foreign countries such as India can tune it at 9:30 am, 9:00 pm for those in Washington, 5:00 am for fans in the United Kingdom, and 3:00 pm in Australia.
Pledis Entertainment Announces Seventeen’s First English Single
On the Weverse app, Pledis Entertainment announced the first-ever English language single of its most popular group ‘SEVENTEEN’. Furthermore, the entertainment agency also revealed that this track contains a very important message for CARATs (SEVENTEEN’s fandom name). Additionally, SEVENTEEN is releasing the track in English so that their lovely CARATs all around the world will be able to understand the important story that the group wants to convey in their own unique style. Pledis Entertainment also thanked fans for all the support that they have shown so far. But considering how talented SEVENTEEN is, it is we who need to be thanking the agency.
