In a significant shift within the Korean entertainment landscape, actors Han Seung Yeon and Kim Hyun Jin have officially signed exclusive contracts with a newly established agency, AER Entertainment, following their departure from YG Entertainment.
This marks a fresh start for both stars, who are also the very first artists to join the new label—signaling a bold and promising venture for all involved.
On April 16, 2025, AER Entertainment formally announced its launch and introduced Han Seung Yeon and Kim Hyun Jin as their inaugural signees.

Han Seung Yeon, a former member of the girl group KARA, has built a steady acting career over the years, with roles in dramas like “About Time.”
Meanwhile, rising actor Kim Hyun Jin continues to gain recognition through his performance in the youth romance series “Crushology 101.”
AER Entertainment is led by Im Dong Kyu, a former veteran manager from YG who brings years of experience in talent development and agency operations.
Notably, AER operates under the umbrella of Story J Company, which manages major stars such as Kim Tae Hee, Seo In Guk, and Lee Jun Hyuk—a strategic move that instantly boosts the new label’s credibility and network reach.
