Justin Timberlake’s highly anticipated Forget Tomorrow World Tour hit an unexpected roadblock as the singer was forced to cancel the final stop of the U.S. leg due to health concerns.
The 44-year-old pop icon took to Instagram on February 27, 2025, just hours before his scheduled performance in Columbus, Ohio, to announce that he was too ill to continue.
“I’m heartbroken,” Timberlake wrote in his post. “I have to cancel the show tonight.”
He revealed that he had arrived at soundcheck battling the flu, but his condition had worsened, making it impossible for him to perform.
Apologizing to fans and his hard-working team, he reassured ticket holders that they would receive full refunds.

This isn’t the first time the singer has faced health-related concert delays. The Columbus show had already been postponed once in October 2024 when Timberlake was diagnosed with bronchitis and laryngitis, forcing him to reschedule several performances.
Despite the unfortunate cancellation, Timberlake’s fans showed unwavering support. One fan commented,
“I flew in from CA, but you know what… your health comes first. True fans know that. Love you. Feel better.”
The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which kicked off on April 29, 2024, in Vancouver, has been a significant moment in Timberlake’s career.
The tour is in support of his latest album, Everything I Thought It Was, released in March 2024, marking his first album since 2018’s Man of the Woods.
Timberlake originally announced the tour during his January 2024 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he also dropped his single “Selfish.”
Looking ahead, Timberlake is set to resume the tour on March 21 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, before making his way through Europe, South America, and Asia, with the grand finale scheduled in Paris on July 20, 2025.
He is also slated to perform at the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival in California on May 24, 2025.

“Only one more show to go… and I wanted to take a minute to shout out this incredible tour family. These are the people who keep this whole thing running.”
While fans were disappointed by the last-minute cancellation, Timberlake’s health remains the top priority, and many are eagerly awaiting his return to the stage when the international leg of the tour begins.
