In 2009, Brock returns to help with DNA tests confirming Katherine’s true identity and even officiates her wedding to Patrick Murphy. The storyline also sees Brock support his daughter Mac as she becomes a surrogate for Lily and Cane Ashby’s twins. In 2010, Brock officiated at Mac’s wedding to J.T. Hellstrom. His final appearance on the show occurs in 2013 when he returns for Katherine’s funeral.
