Ouka is finally back in the loop with Hayato and other girls thanks to the help given by her twin sister in Goddess Café Terrace Chapter 169. The harem series had taken quite a risky route when it flew Ouka to France. It looked like the one destined to be the main girl wouldn’t get her chance in the end, but that wasn’t the case.
Kikka asked Ouka if she could have Hayato for himself, knowing full well that her older twin wouldn’t say no. However, Ouka made it clear that she can’t give something (or someone in this case) that she doesn’t have. This gave Kikka the idea of being part of the cafe and swooping Hayato away from everyone else.
We saw Kikka donning the maid uniform and trying to get a compliment from Hayato out of it, which he didn’t. Ouka watched this unfold from the distance, not bothered by any of this, on the surface anyway. One of the girls came in to give commentary on the situation and Ouka was using her twin to make Hayato fall for him.
At this point it seemed Ouka had all but given up on Hayato, fearing that she would just get in everyone else’s way. Kikka saw that as her weakness and put on battle clothing to make way for Hayato. Ouka told her that that type of trick won’t work on him but Kikka assured her that she was prepared for what was to come.
