We are getting closer to the true nature of the greatest treasure hidden by Gol D Roger in One Piece Chapter 1122. The last chapter was quite an info drop and we got to see the old pirate King a little bit. But, whatever we learned about the One Piece treasure, we also learned much more about the world around it.
As usual, many things were happening in the last chapter, but the main focus was Vagabond. Though his whereabouts remain unknown, it is clear that he had plans for the future for all the parties involved. And for his imagery to come out at a critical moment was a genius on his part, which he always has been.
We got to learn about the void age where all the deeds and memories never survived but few tales get passed down. One such tale was that certain family members were to be executed down the line but few of them survived. And those very members are the main focus of what is to come ahead in the story.
As for Luffy, he was busy fighting Saturn with Bonney, and the two were pumped up to fight their enemy. They took on their Nika forms sent the enemy flying in on time, and moved on to the next objective. However, things will only get more complicated from here on out as the members of the D family are invested.
