Momo Ayase, a high school student with a penchant for all things spiritual, found herself in an unexpected friendship with a classmate whose fascination lay in the mysteries of the extraterrestrial.
This classmate, with a name deemed unpronounceable and thus nicknamed Okarun by Momo, was an avid UFO enthusiast.
In their small school world, Momo was known for her beliefs in spirits, the unseen, and the mystical. Yet, aliens, for her, were nothing more than whimsical fantasies products of overactive imaginations and the stuff of science fiction.
Okarun, on the other hand, held a steadfast belief in the existence of beings from beyond the stars. Their differing beliefs sparked a curious challenge between them. To settle their debate once and for all, they decided on an unconventional plan.
Momo proposed they venture to a renowned UFO hotspot, where sightings were rumored to be frequent. Okarun, in turn, suggested they explore a tunnel infamous for its haunted reputation. Thus, a pact was made, setting the stage for a peculiar yet charming adventure.
Their journey was not merely about proving one another wrong it became a shared exploration of the unknown, a discovery of unexpected bonds, and a tale of young love that unfolded amidst the backdrop of oddly aliens and mischievous spirits.
As they embarked on their respective quests Momo, with her heart open to the mysteries of the cosmos, and Okarun, with his unwavering conviction in the existence of otherworldly beings found themselves drawn closer together.
What awaited them beyond the realms of their beliefs was a delightful tale of curiosity, friendship, and the magic that often dances at the edges of the ordinary.
In the heart of their adventures, amidst the twinkling lights of imagined spacecraft and the whispers of ghostly echoes, Momo and Okarun discovered something far more precious than proof or debunked myths.

Recap
In the Diorama arc, we’ve been following Zuma and Momo as they work on their quests. But in the latest episode, we got a glimpse of what’s happening in the real world outside the game.
Zuma and Momo are dealing with a really tough challenge right now. Meanwhile, Okarun and the students at Renjaku High School are feeling uneasy, and concerned about their safety.
Okarun has made a surprising decision, but we’ll have to wait for the next chapter to find out how it will affect the players stuck in the game.
In the recent chapter, Zuma’s friends were ready to enter the diorama themselves to help Zuma escape the cursed confinement fast. But Okarun disagreed with this idea, thinking it would make things riskier.
Zuma’s friends, though, were determined to take the chance, seeing it as their last option. In a surprising turn, Okarun switched to his Turbo Granny mode and took a leap of faith into the cursed diorama world.
Meanwhile, Momo and Zuma were locked in a battle with a boss character in the game a huge serpent-like creature resembling Medusa as they climbed a tower.
Despite their best efforts and using their new abilities, they couldn’t make much progress. The duo attempted to use the Dark Knight’s sword they had acquired after beating the first boss, but the weapons were ineffective.
When Momo noticed she had all sorts of desserts and candies in her bag, she started eating them one after another to use their powers.
However, even after trying these attacks, the monster remained unaffected. Then suddenly, Momo figured out how to use the attacks strategically, and finally, her plan worked. The duo was able to defeat the beast at last.
In Chapter 142 of Dandadan, we’ll see how Okarun deals with the diorama’s world. He might lose his powers, just like Momo did when she got there. Without his Turbo Granny abilities, he won’t be able to escape the dangers.
He’ll have to catch up with Momo and Zuma soon. Once he gets his hands on his gold ball, Okarun could become the key to finding answers.
