Josh Gracin welcomes a new addition to his family!
The American Idol singer, 43, and his wife Katie celebrate the arrival of their second child, Madelaine Kate Gracin, born on Wednesday, Jan. 24. Gracin shared the joyous news on Instagram, stating, “Mom, baby, and the family are all doing well!” Katie posted a sweet photo of the newborn on her page.
We adore her and Luka is already referring to her as ‘his baby.’ Thank you to Dr. Meyer and the staff at Missouri Baptist for making our experience nothing but amazing and memorable! We are so blessed,” she added.
In August, the couple shared their joyous baby news on Instagram. Gracin, assisted by their 4-year-old son, Luka, posted a heartwarming photo featuring Luka holding a sonogram with the caption, “Coming January 2024.”
Gracin expressed his delight in the announcement post, captioning it, “I think the new big bro is a little excited!!!”
The country singer is a father to four children from a previous relationship: daughters Isabella Sophia (14), Gabriella Ann (17), and Briana Marie (21), and son Landon Joshua (18).
Gracin and Katie tied the knot in May 2017, culminating two years of dating.
Gracin shared, “We got to talking and realized we had a lot in common, so I asked her on a date.” He emphasized their belief in fate, stating, “Our motto is that there are no accidents, only reasons. How we found each other and fell in love is the reason we believe and live by that.”
