Plot
Beginning with the introduction of two main leads, Jeong Woo and Ha Neul have been rivals since high school. The reason was, that Jeong Woo was the ace of his class and would love the popularity in school and outside school for being the topper. But when the new student Ha Neul transferred things changed.
Ha Neul loves studying and her dream is to become a medical professor. She was the topper in her previous school and she takes it personally to become the topper in her new school. From here the race of becoming a topper begins between Jeong Woo and Ha Neul and hence it develops into rivalry.
But his life soon turns upside down with one medical accident happens during his operation which leads to the death of the patient. The reputation and wealth he made all went into sink in just a blink.
Meanwhile, Ha Neul works as an anesthesiologist. In her life only things that matter are work and studying. She still dreams of becoming a medical professor and therefore she would bear the abuses by his superiors. But when she realizes due to overwork she is diagnosed with depression. She right away resigned from the hospital.
Jeong Woo is a man with debt and no working license whereas Ha Neul is an unemployed broke woman. Both collide again in a rooftop apartment they moved together after failing in their career. Can these rivals embrace each other after meeting so many years or will they continue the fist fight again?
