In “The Novel’s Extra,” Kim Ho Jin awakens to find himself in a world that somehow feels familiar and foreign, living in a body he did not expect.

These heroes work together to create The Cube, a ground-breaking facility that masterfully combines magic and state-of-the-art technology. Kim Ho Jin realizes the voices he hears are not in line with his original aims as he slowly watches his creative vision come to life.
Kim Ho Jin discovers, much to his surprise, that Kim Chundong has adopted an unexpected identity, reducing Kim Ho Jin to a bit part that is equivalent to a dust particle. The story’s main character now centers on the renowned hero Kim Suho, while Shin Jonghak, the enemy, appears from the powerful Jinsung Ltd.
Even as the story’s creator, Kim Ho Jin struggles with his character and the changing events taking place in the universe he painstakingly created. As Kim Ho Jin navigates the unexpected consequences of his own imagination, the complicated interplay between creator and creation emerges as a major theme.
Recap
Previously in The Novel’s Extra (Remake) Chapter 93, we saw that Yeon Ha just wanted to find out how strong Kim Ho Jin was. She is shocked to be able to take the gun from his hand in one go.
However, as she is happy about being fast, Kim Ho Jin proves her to be faster. Yeon Ha assumes that he used mana. But to be precise, this was not mana. It was just ether wire that Kim Ho Jin used in advance to prepare for situations like this.
These were all the precautions he took because the space here was too small and it would be in his opponent’s shooting range no matter when he ran. Yeon Ha also understands this key factor and realizes that it will hurt if she actually gets shot. Also, if she gets disqualified now, she would be the first to die.
We also saw that all participants of the Relic War were equipped with a Life Signaling Device. What it does is to determine the user’s HP in numbers that can be seen by others. It was a device that tells you whether a cadet is capable of continuing or not.
So, if Kim Ho Jin used his laptop to collect the date of that device’s GPS, he would be able to check on the live GPS data using the linked smartwatch.
Kim Ho Jin uses this device to find the whereabouts of people he knows. He finds out that Rachel and Nayoon are on underground level three and that they are engaged in combat right now. Kim Ho Jin is kind of surprised to see Kim Su Ho and Shin Jong Hak to be in combat at the underground level 5. This surely was a huge matchup.
The device fascinates Kim Ho Jin and he finds it really fun and interesting. He eventually sidetracks but then realizes that he needs to go to Tomer.
