Clad in navy silk printed pajamas, she laid in bed with a microphone suspended from the ceiling, capturing the ASMR experience – a response to certain sounds known for inducing a “tingly feeling.”
In the video, Kourtney initiated the calming ritual by lighting a candle with a match, and delicately placing it on her bedside table.
She leaned into a microphone, whispering, “Shhhh. It’s time to go to sleep.” The mother of four, clad in navy silk pajamas, proceeded to engage in her nighttime routine.
Turning pages of a heavy book and sipping tea, she opened a tub of gummies from her supplement brand, Lemme, and wore a pink silky eye mask with “Kourt” on it. Closing the book, she bid fans “Goodnight. Sweet dreams,” attributing the serenity to her brand with the caption “Sweet dreams courtesy of Lemme sleep.”
While some praised the clip, concerns arose over the safety of her baby son, Rocky, as Kourtney had lit a candle with a match in the room.
