A man ends up dying in the operating theatre due to an infection after suffering from an external wound and brain death due to excessive bleeding. But the doctors are shocked yet delighted to see him come to life after being pronounced dead. They then begin by checking the metal fragment that they had extracted from the man.
The doctors also decided to perform the tetanus check at the same time. Though the assistant doctors found it absurd to work on a dead body, the head doctor did not give up. In terms of medical technique, he is the person with authority.
At first, the head doctor also did not know. But everyone had faith in him, moreover his hands. They were the hands of God, Shin Yoo Sung. It was the name given to him because everyone believed that he could also save the dead. At first, Shin Yoo Sung was all right with it.
The joy when he saves someone who is on the verge of death with his talent was his motivation for doing this. But, ever since the rumor spread in the industry, Shin Yoo Sung has gotten no rest as patients flooded in. And Shin Yoo Sung was always being assigned to treat VIPs.
Shin Yoo Sung was treated like a portable medical device that could be used anytime. Shin Yoo Sung started to wonder if the title, Hands of God, was meaningless. Even the doctors around him would be scared of him and leave the hospital which turned Shin Yoo Sung into an outcast.
It was great that he earned a lot of money but he never had the time to use it. Just as Shin Yoo Sung thought his life was screwed in this lifetime he dies in a truck accident. He transcends to a whole different world where he is now a baby once again. In this world, there is no medicine, but magic!
Recap
Previously in To Hell With Being A Saint I’m A Doctor Chapter 80, we saw that the city of Lessian was huge as expected of the ‘Continent’s most powerful nation’ to be. Count Opil was Saint Ray’s guide here.
At first glance, Saint Ray knew that the Emperor’s muscles were all stiffened up because of Muscle Ankylosis. It could also be because he had not moved for so long. Well, there were quite a few conditions that caused muscle stiffness. The Emperor’s age was one of the many reasons.
The biggest problem however was his consciousness. When an acute illness causes consciousness to be impaired, consciousness disorders follow soon after. Their recovery occurs in reverse order and since Saint Ray did not know which of these consciousness disorders the Emperor suffered from, he could not just carelessly guess the diagnosis.
Saint Ray is then shocked to see contusions around the Emperor’s belly too. It was possible that he was in long-term shock from internal bleeding and considering that he had muscle stiffness, Saint Ray suspected there were muscle tears too.
However, those contusions were way worse than what muscle stiffness could cause. They were definitely caused by an external stimulus.
