In the last chapter, we saw The Last Combat. The struggle between the elite soldiers of the Magic Capital and the army of monsters led by the Mato King, who had invaded the human realm, reached its peak in this chapter. The Mato King was a formidable and merciless foe who had the ability to dominate both the Mato and the monsters, as well as the thoughts and feelings of people.
Yuuki Wakura, a high school student, got lost at a Mato entryway while traveling home. He calls out for help, and Kyouka Uzen, the commander of the demon Corps’ Seventh Unit, comes to his aid right away.
Acknowledging his potential and depending on him to enhance the effectiveness of her peach power, she asks Yuuki to enlist in the Anti-demon Corps by serving as her slave—a role he could like more than he had thought.
Recap
In this chapter, Himari excels, exhibiting her remarkable development and versatility. She skillfully blends borrowed abilities like Transience, Ame no Mitori, and Golden Hour, transforming the time of battle and sustaining her allies.
Regarding intensity, Rairen establishes himself as a force to be reckoned with. His sheer strength and relentless attack tested the combined power of the Seihūi. Their first attempt at a four-on-one attack fails miserably, leaving them to rely on a delayed gamblе, which is an intensified version of an attack that had already fallen on another Thunder God.
This seemingly innocent maid displays a physique refined via eons of celestial training as she tosses off her death mask. Shrugging her shoulders and snapping her fingers, she unleashes a power that sends shudders down spines, leaving us to wonder just what secrets this mysterious goddess hides.
Varvana’s and Fukuma’s hostility grew stronger. Varvana became enraged at Fukuma’s unauthorized takeover of Kyouka’s form, and she declared a holy battle to protect Kyouka’s honor. Her intention was to increase Kyouka’s statue’s power so she could purify the air. Fukuma was put in an uncomfortable position when the statue’s fearsome sword came into play during the battle.
Despite the fact that evil could be vanquished by Kyouka’s sword, Fukuma intended to trick Varvana into worshiping the thunder gods in order to undermine her unwavering faith in Kyouka. Fukuma’s projectile attacks failed because Varvana protected herself with such agility and cunning.
Spoilers
Yuuto was holding Minato prisoner. She tried to get out of her cell, but Yuuto and his men caught her. Yuuto declared his plan to offer Minato and the other slaves as sacrifices. His mission is to bring atonement to the world and to establish a new Mato. Additionally, he forewarned Minato that their end was imminent. He played a video for her, showing Haruto and his gang fighting their way into the base.
When Haruto and his crew got to Minato and Yuuto’s room, they opened the door. The chapter came to an abrupt close. Haruto vowed to do whatever it took to save Minato as soon as he sensed her presence. However, he could also feel Yuuto’s strong, ominous aura, which was waiting for him and grinning menacingly.
Varvana stuck to her commitment to Kyouka with the unwavering strength of her well-tuned body. Varvana showed her extraordinary insight by killing Fukuma’s hollow-body duplicate while the battle raged. Tensions reached a breaking point when Varvana declared a holy war on Fukuma for impersonating her hero, Kyouka.
The setting, a packed church full of Kyouka, increased the intensity. Varvana had the ability to control ice, but Fukuma was able to avoid her lightning-fast attacks. Using deception tactics, Fukuma created a phony version of herself in order to deflect Varvana’s attention.
In order to underscore Fukuma’s isolation and establish the tone for a one-on-one duel, the chapter concluded with the display of a graphic card featuring Chief Tsukiyono. His continuous strikes test the conqueror. Another factor is his enormous strength. Maia reveals terrible skills with a simple flip of her fingertips and a cheeky smile. She has shown her entire potential.
