After dropping an amazing season in 2023, Demon Slayer is said to make its comeback in 2024 or 2025. Fans have been quite excited about it since this arc will get us even more also to the final seasons.
Everyone who has read the manga knows how crazy the final season is going to be. And season 5 will be a build-up for it. Now that Nezuko has become immune to sunlight, Muzan will look for her since it has been his goal to get immunity from the sun ever since he became a demon.
So, the stakes are going to get pretty high from here onwards. Muzan will be on their toes right from the start. So, in this article, we are not only going to see what will be revealed on December 10, 2023 but also what will happen in Demon Slayer Season 5.
How many Chapters from Manga will be Adapted to Demon Slayer Season 5?
Demon Slayer season 5 will adapt the Hashira Training arc from the manga, which starts in chapter 128 and ends in chapter 136. Since there are not many chapters to adapt, there are chances that they will adapt a few chapters from the next arc, which is the Infinity Castle arc.
The Infinity Castle arc consists of 47 chapters, so there are too many chapters in the Infinity Castle arc to cover in either 12 or 24 episodes, and there are very less chapters in the Hashira Training arc to adapt in 12 episodes.
So, my best guess is that they will cover till chapter 156, which gives us a total of 28 chapters, and that many chapters will be enough to cover around 12 episodes. Chapter 156 ends on a good note, so it will also look like the season finale.
What will happen in Demon Slayer Season 5?
As I said, Demon Salyer Season 5 will adapt the Hashira Training arc, so we see all the Demon Slayer members gathering in one place for intense training. As we saw in the recent season, Mitsuri and Muichiro got the same mark as Tajiro while fighting the upper moons.
So Ubuyashiki will gather all the Hashira so they can find a way for everyone to acquire that mark. And they came up with a solution that, if they trained themself through intense training, they would be able to use the same mark.
So there will total of eight stages, and each stage will be managed by each Hashira. Eight? Yes, eight since Uzui will also come back to train everyone. The arc will not go for long, and it would hardly cover four episodes. In those episodes, we will see Tanjiro working hard to clear every stage.
As I said, this is really short, so there will be more episodes from the Infinity Castle arc, in which we will see an all-out battle between Demon Slayer Corp and Demons. And trust me, it is going to really amazing since we are going to all the Hashira in action.
