Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 243 will be titled “Foolish Survivor – Be Too Noisy,” and the chapter continues with the bizarre simulations that Takaba is making Kenjaku go through and fulfill his desire for comedy.

As Takaba and Kenjaku get up on the stage, the stand-up comedy begins with a strange conversation where the latter asks the former if he is available on Wednesday, but Takaba says he is helping move out on that day.
Moving Forward, Kenjaku announces themselves by some stage name, but Takaba doesn’t want to use some fake name, and he announces their real name. Takaba begins his standup with the story of Momotaro, but Kenjaku immediately gets sad and says that he grew up in a household without a dad and thus, he does not know this story.
But then, he reveals that his mother was very kind and told him all kinds of stories, including Momotaro’s. Thus, Takab realizes that the latter is derailing his joke.
Moving forward, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 243 then sees the two of them getting deeper into Momotaro’s story, which refers to the story of the titular character’s adventures which eventually did not go well and they turn into some adult jokes.
Takaba and Kenjaku meet their end with Yuta making an appearance
As the comedy stage comes to an end, Takaba notes how sad he is, and he doesn’t want this night to come to an end. Kenjaku consoles Takaba as this simulation comes to an also comes to an end. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 243 spoilers then reveal Kenjaku and Takaba getting back to reality, with the latter on his deathbed wearing the clothes of the dead people.
One could still wonder if it is still his simulation where Takaba thanks Kenjaku for this with the latter telling him that he is hilarious. But the next page of this chapter is something very surprising with Yuta appearing behind Kenjaku, and he slashes his throat without wasting any second.
Kenjaku realizes that the reason he couldn’t sense Yuta’s energy is due to Takaba making the latter’s cursed energy output invisible. Even though Kenjaku was trying to use the Anti-gravity curse technique, it was still too late, and his head rolled off his body to the ground.
As Kenjaku seems to be dying, he asks Yuta if this was the plan all along, Yuta says yes, reasoning that Takaba cannot kill people. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 243 ends with Kenjaku saying that it is a shame that things turned out this way when he was so close to achieving his goal but says that someone else will inherit his will.
My thoughts on Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 243 are just as shocking as any other JJK fan. I was sure that Kenjaku would be the end game. It could still be possible as we did not get a confirmation on him being killed. If it is anything, we can assume that Geto’s body is no longer going to return.
Kenjaku’s back story has yet to be revealed, and I am waiting to see what led this character to want to live up to thousands of years old and seek his goal.
