Mr Shimonori visited the gallery to show his gratitude to him for the wonderful exhibition. Mr Yamamura also came for the exhibition and praised Ichiro Misaki”s amazing paintings.
He mentioned that Ichiro Misaki had created an abundance of paintings from all over Japan. But he was wondering why the painting of Mount Fuji was missing.
Ichiro Misaki shared his reason for not painting Mount Fuji with Mr Yamamura. He found his explanation quite amusing and told Ichiro Misaki that he was sure one day he would do an impressive painting of Mount Fuji.
Mr Yamamura told him he would purchase that painting for sure. Ichiro Misaki thanked him for his generosity. Mr Shimonori asked Ichiro Misaki if he had given any thought to studying in France.
Misaki told him he was very thankful for the offer, but he could not take Taro with him. Mr Shimonori told him someone wanted to speak with him, and Yumiko showed up at the exhibition to talk to Ichiro Misaki.
Back at home, Misaki was practicing football with his teammates. Kazuo told Misaki to come over to his place for dinner since his father was in Tokyo.
During the dinner, Kazuo’s father told Misaki he thought it was amazing that his father had traveled all over Japan. He was impressed that Misaki still managed to become the country’s number-one soccer player.
Kazuo’s mother reminded him that Misaki was not just a talented player. But he also got stellar grades at school. Kazuo’s father told Kazuo to be more like Misaki.
After having a good laugh about it, Misaki started wondering about his mother since he used to often see his friends around their mother, which piqued his curiosity.

Misaki returned home after eating dinner at Kazuo’s place. He got excited when he saw that the lights in his room were turned on.
Misaki was excited to meet his father, and Ichiro told him he returned home a while ago. Misaki asked his father about the exhibition, and Ichiro told him it was a great success.
Misaki got busy with his homework, but Ichiro wanted to have a chat with him. Ichiro told Misaki that his mother had come to visit the exhibition.
The news shocked Misaki, and Ichiro told him he had heard that his mother had remarried someone years ago. It had been eleven years since they had split up, and he had not seen her since.
Misaki was wondering why his mother had shown up. Ichiro told him that his mother saw him on TV and mentioned that she wanted to take his custody.
Misaki did not have a good feeling about the matter. Misaki asked his father what he said to his mother. Ichiro told him he wanted to go to France to study painting.
He explained that he had received the offer a while ago, but he said no because he could not take Misaki with him. Misaki was wondering if his father was going to leave him with his mother and go to France for his studies.
Ichiro told him he had soccer talent, but to grow his talent, he needed to settle in one place and play. Ichiro told Misaki that happened to Nankatsu as well.
He wanted Misaki to stay there and play with Tsubasa and others for a long time. But they had to move because of his work.
