I don’t see how people can agree with Vinny. People must have a soft spot for him, but he’s more of a snake than a rat. He is greedy, jealous, and envious of people who care about him are crazy because Jay is better than him at riding a bike.
Vinny has been switching crews like it was no big deal. But to be honest, Vinny’s reason was valid. I mean, if you look at real life, many people like him were driven by insecurity and complexity just to satisfy their whims.
Vinny chooses to be selfish to feed his ego, which has been drained by society. However, even if he’s with Sabbath guys and somehow wins this round, I guess they’ll thrown off the bus as soon as a doping issue arises. Sure, the hummingbird’s crew will save him somehow.
It’s crazy how I agree with each and every reason Vinny has, from money to the jealousy, glory, and need for self-worth that led to him changing teams.
In any other case, I would be cheering for him as the underdog of life itself, but not here. A part of me wants to see him lose at the end. Thrashing Jay’s cherished bike and enjoying it was sadistic and unwelcome behavior.
