This reality show is actually a cooking reality that will make viewers droll over the dishes made by one of the finest TV chefs, Paik Jong Won of South Korea, along with the waves of laughter the other guests will offer.
The Genius Paik is actually the most loved TV reality show in South Korea, which locals love to binge-watch with their family after a long day. The first season of the show was a huge success, but the tired Paik Jong Won took a vow not to continue with the second.
However, from continuous support from fans and persuasion from the previous three members Lee Jang-woo, John Park, and Kwon Yuri, Paik Jong agreed to come back with a second season of the show. This season some new members will be joining him too like Lee Gyu-hyung, Italian Michelin chef Fabbri, K-pop idol Eric of ‘The Boyz’, the language master John Park, and uncanny Hyoyeon.
The second season of The Genius Paik is going to take place in the beautiful city of San Sebastian, Spain, where Paik Jong Bae will be setting up his own restaurant to compete with the gourmet restaurants down the alley. Competition has doubled this season, and so has the stress in the kitchen doubled too. However, there is no compromise with laughter.

Recap
The previous episode begins with the final menu for the first Korean Bar in Sab Sebastian being released. The menu today has Braised Chicken, Braised back ribs, Seafood Jeon, Bee Jeon with seasoned arugula, Doribaengbaeng, and a signature drink of the bar.
The main course and starter menu was easy to finalize; however, now Paik Jong Bong and bartender Lee Jang Woo scratched their head to invent a signature drink for their restaurant. Paik Jong then mixes pineapple syrup with clara, which turned out to be the most delicious and signature drink on their menu.
But will their fruit beverage be loved by the people of the alcoholic country? After opening in the afternoon, the customers start coming one by one. The first customer ordered the signature drink, which was loved by them, and seeing them, others also ordered the same drink. Paik’s invented drink proved to be the signature along with Jang Won’s perfection in preparing them.
Past afternoon, the members noticed that their restaurant was the only one in the alley with no guests in the terrace seats and only a few guests in inside seats. It made Paik feel alone and disheartened a bit, also. But soon, two young women come to the restaurants and take terrace seats. Seeing them, three other guests also come to Bar Banxtu.
The next day, they came up with an event to lure more customers to their restaurant. They added steamed eggs to the menu as free with every main dish order. As expected, their campaign worked out successfully, and this day, the restaurant was packed with guests, unlike other days.
The two days at Banxtu Bar went very well. However, they must work harder to serve Spanish customers the best Korean food so that the taste of Korean food can always remain on their tongues.
