Fans/Readers are not as hyped for the reunion as they would have been if Sama Hyeon entered a couple of chapters ago, so they beat Jiangsu Warrior together. Now that Sama Hyeon has come to save Cheonhee, we will see him fighting the Jiangsu warrior in the next chapter.

Sama Heyon finally made his move, but we didn’t see anything from him. Instead of letting Cheonhee resolve the situation in a battle, he engages in the battle with the Jiangsu warrior.
We already this was going to happen since the body transformation arc when it started to go absurdly off-rails from him being a doctor, or just becoming a bad generic Murim Mahnwa.
What it exceeded was the premise of being a doctor taking care of patients with a mix of his knowledge and learning the uniqueness of Murim to apply to it, and with the Jianghu being a side, not a MAIN part of it.
Now Cheon-Hee Jin is just another Murim MC without any real uniqueness to him. He just happens to know how to treat people. It is not his main thing anymore. It is a mere small part of him who is more of a martial artist.
Cheon-Hee Jin is a doctor to his very core. He had to learn martial arts to defend himself in a Murim world. Then, he had to further increase his power to eventually fight the blood/demon sect from destroying his new world.
And everywhere he goes, he’s always treating people right and left. Even his master doctor is a Murim master, so what did you expect? Living in a Murim world without knowing how to fight and only heal people is straight-up suicide if you ask me.
This Manhwa is balanced in my eyes, and he’s not even one of the usual reincarnated. He’s doing something to prevent the novel from progressing how it does.

Personally, I would have liked Cheon-Hee Jin to abandon the kids and run since it’s better to live than die. He just throws away his morals to kill the guy if expects the same decision again. Cheon-Hee can always work harder to save more lives to make up for those he can’t save.
It would also be interesting if he ran away but couldn’t get away fast enough with his friend. If they still abandon the kids because there is no time to stop the explosion, then it would really give Cheon-Hee the motivation to get stronger as well, not just based on ideals.
