Jaewhan will start moving forward in the metaverse in The World After The Fall Chapter 100. As mentioned in the chapter, Jaewhan is currently on the seventh floor of the tower, which means there is still a long way before he meets with his friend, Yoohwan.
However, since Jaewhan pierced a hole in the tower, he could directly go to the next floor without completing every single floor. Until now, we have seen a person as strong as Jaewhan in Abssy, but the one who bought Yoohwan seems pretty scary. Maybe we will see a fight between Jaewhan and him at the end of the arc.

Review & Explanation
This arc feels kind of slow. The gods and storylines thing isn’t as interesting as the awoken, adapters, and the generals of the almighty lands. Jaewhan is also not going to wear clothes for the entire arc for some unknown reason.
Even if they introduce a whole bunch of side characters and spend the better part of 90 chapters fleshing out their history and relationships with Jaewan, only to go drop them and start over again.
Now that we are at this point, this does really resemble Omniscient Readers Viewpoint (I know it’s the same universe). With the way Andersen said, it looks like a ‘scenario.’ The gods are also named using their modifier (like plenty of other system manhwa with gods/constellations).
The title refers to a repeating theme in the story. Throughout the story, Jaewhan has been given multiple chances to “regress” or get a ‘do over’ each time he refuses and pushes forward. Most regressor stories start at the end, and then the MC gets a do-over from the start.

Andersen has an important role. She shows Jeawan that even those who seemingly benefit from the System, like angels and demons who administer towers and become gods, are also subject to the System and have no freedom within it.
In the light novel, Jeawan is a lot more hostile to Andersen because she used to be a Cultivator in a Tower. But by getting to know her and her dying to save his life, he learns to overcome that hate and refocus on his mission to defeat Big Brother.
She influences Jeawan in the same way the red-haired girl from Chaos does, but Andersen softens him by teaching him that the world is more complicated than he thinks, and because of this, he learns and grows and doesn’t become the next Big Brother.
They haven’t really brought it up much in the webtoon (and it was only vaguely mentioned in the light novel because Jeawan is an awakener who doesn’t have access to the System or System abilities).
It’s basically their equivalent of the internet. Streamer Girl is like using it to stream. The gods use it to send messages, and there are even a number of websites and magazines on it (Pink Demon Girl is basically an Idol on it). So they do have the ability to share information about the goings on through the Tree of Imagery.
