Even though his oldest grandson Fuat and son Orhan oversee most of the company’s business, Halis Aga, the owner of a well-known jewelry empire, makes the major decisions for it. Halis, belonging to the Korhan family, was not only wealthy but well-reputed in the community.
Incredibly careless for his age, Ferit, his youngest grandchild, is the complete opposite of his responsible sibling Fuat and recently returned from studying overseas. When Ferit’s recklessness becomes intolerable to Halis, he gives his widowed daughter-in-law Ifakat the duty of finding him a woman to marry.
The unexpected announcement that Halis Ağa is seeking a bride for his grandson reaches Kazım’s Gaziantep’s ears. He decides to send his daughters, Suna and Seyran, to charm the young man and become his ladder to wealth and success.
Residing in Gaziantep, Kazim makes the decision to travel all the way to Halis’ place to carry out his plan. Upon their arrival, Ifakat likes Suna, the younger one of the two, and deems her worthy to be Ferit’s bride.
However, things change when right before their wedding ceremony, Ferit meets Seyran. The two were, till then, unaware of their future relations, and the undeniable chemistry between them made it harder to stay apart.
Once Ferit realizes he cannot marry Suna as his mind is now fixated on Seyran, he makes the life-changing decision of switching brides. He announces that in place of Suna, he wishes to marry Seyran as he is enchanted by her.
For Kazim, it’s a win-win situation as both are his daughters, but for Seyran, this was a hard chapter to turn to. Having destroyed her relationship with her sister Suna, Seyran was to become a bride to a family filled with secrets, betrayals, and danger.
Her own family, too, was against her, as Suna was ready to do anything possible to get back her place in Halis’ mansion. The drama of family, betrayal, trust, and loyalty is what keeps the viewers hooked on Yali Capkini.

In Episode 46, Sehmuz does not stop pressurizing Ferit and corners him to make a decision. For Ferit, his conditions seem anything but sane, leaving him helpless and in desperation. Hee seeks Ifakat’s guidance as his last resort, and he suggests him to tell Halis Aga.
Once Halis Aga is made aware of the whole situation, He immediately grabs Ferit and takes him to Sehmuz. Meanwhile, Sehmuz has a very black-and-white perspective of things. For him, if Ferit disagrees with marrying, he will simply either go to Pelin or find someone else’s hand in marriage.
But as it seems, Ferit must make a choice as his reputation too is at stake. Seeing their condition, Halis Aga urges Ferit to quickly make his decision before it’s too late. Amid the drama between Sehmuz and Ferit, Suna and Kaya, too, are facing trouble in the mansion.
In an attempt to find out the truth, Nukhet goes up to Suna and asks for answers, but to his surprise, Suna gives him a rather unexpected one. He believed Suna was aware of it all, but her reaction told otherwise.
Aside from Nukhet, Seyran is also now in search of finding what the pictures really mean and goes on a mission to unravel the truth.
