Kingdom 777 Spoilers
Shin receives reports of his soldiers defeating opponents across the battlefield. He orders them forward when Ten suddenly arrives with urgent news – Riboku launched a failed surprise attack on Akou and is now retreating nearby.
Akou is requesting backup to chase him down, which could mean immediate victory for Qin. Despite uncertainties about reaching Riboku in time, Shin decides to go with 10,000 soldiers to attack from the side since capturing Riboku could end the battle.
Shin’s Bold Move
Shin worries about diverting so many troops. Ten assures him that Kyoukai is holding the right flank and they only need to stall until Ouhon’s support arrives.
Her advisors fret that Ouhon may not come without orders from Ousen, leaving them vulnerable. Shin calls them foolish – he has known Ouhon for years.

Shin heads off with the Red Hi Hyou and Sosui’s cavalry, ordering the fastest infantry to follow. Ten will go after Ouhon arrives and warns Shin to be cautious of Riboku while getting vengeance for Kanki, Gakurai, and Naki.
Shin retorts he still owes Riboku for Ouki. Riboku has always obstructed them, but now Shin will kill him and become a Great General. With Riboku’s retreat, there is a chance to decisively turn the tide if Shin’s unit can reach him in time.
Akou’s soldiers had surrounded Riboku, but reinforcements from both warring sides began pouring onto the chaotic battlefield. Zhao’s soldiers were deeply concerned about being vastly outnumbered in the fray.
Shin’s Pursuit of His Arch-Nemesis
Futei ordered his men to fight while steadily retreating, as they had lingered perilously long under Akou’s encirclement. More of Futei’s troops continued arriving to bolster their numbers, and Futei managed to break Riboku free from Akou’s encirclement just as Shin showed up with his unit.
Futei commanded his soldiers to hastily form a defensive wall to cover their escape while Kaine launched a fierce attack on the Hi Shin Unit to hold them off. Both Futei and Riboku implored Kaine to pull back to safety, but she insisted on stubbornly clashing with the Hi Shin Unit in order to buy time for Futei to escort Riboku away.
Shin yelled for his unit to ignore Kaine’s diversion and continue pushing forward at full speed to reach Riboku before he slipped away. Laying eyes on his long-time adversary, Shin thought to himself with gritted determination: “I’ll make it this time. This time, I’ll reach Riboku.”
A flashback underscored the stakes by showing Riboku earlier, stating Shin was their primary target in this battle. Now, by a stroke of fortune, Shin finally had a golden opportunity to confront his arch-nemesis Riboku directly.
But Kaine and Futei were still desperately standing in his way, seeking to cover Riboku’s retreat. The stage was set for an intense showdown between bitter rivals as Riboku once again edged tantalizingly outside of Shin’s grasp.
