We will see Luna bring out her Harsh side for a long while as her Nanny is faced with death. The female lead (who is now more like a female protagonist) has been trying not to go down of wrath. However, that will change in Swordmaster’s Youngest Son Chapter 97 as Luna is forced to make some tough decisions.
The action story so far has been about Jin Runcandel, the youngest son of the Runcandels who failed to live up to their name. He was abandoned by them for his failures and eventually met a despondent end in life. However, the youngest son is given a second chance in life and changes everything for the better, especially himself.
Jin returned to the past with a drive much bigger than before, and a desire to show everyone that he could be better than anyone. He will meet many challenges in his new stage of life, but he has everything to overcome them. He will be the greatest in life and no one can stand in his way to achieve that title for himself.

Swordmaster’s Youngest Son Chapter 96 focused on Luna and her Nanny, the very Nanny that had been working against her. We got to learn what was the reason that Luna’s Nanny turned evil and worked against the very kid she raised. Despite being Luna’s mother figure, the Nanny betrayed her by caving to darkness in the end.
Luna’s Nanny talked about how she wanted Luna to become the matriarch of the country and rule the world from the shadows. She was happy to learn that Luna had talent and skill that put her leagues above her cousin in every way. However, as Luna started to form her opinions about the world, she decided she didn’t want to become a monster.
Luna’s Nanny decided this decision of her but instead of opening her to the world, she decided to shield her as a child. This led to a lot of resentment building inside her but she drank it all up. All the while until she came across the man behind the scenes who broke her and made her his spy.

Swordmaster’s Youngest Son Chapter 97 will start with Luna unleashing after all the years of being a pacifist towards those around her. Luna had taken the path of peace not because she had gotten weaker but because she wanted no bloodshed. The girl had decided to choose the path of peace in life and do better for others with the power she had.
However, Luna is in the world of Dark Fantasy, a world where people with Dark Triad personalities work behind the scenes. People who don’t care how their actions don’t affect the livelihood of others and those around them. These are also the people who are in the way of Jin’s plans and see him as a threat.
In the coming chapters, Jin won’t be the only threat to the man working behind the scenes. Luna will join the fray among the people who will pose to the group that works behind the scenes and won’t establish their hegemony. And unlike Jin, Luna is a much more fierce person when she needs to be.
