The Escape Of The Seven is a 2023 K-drama, which is also known as 7 Escape or The Escape Of The Seven: War For Survival. You must have gotten a hint as to what the show is about. It’s a crime thriller drama that focuses on revenge and survival.

In the show, we get to see the stars Um Ki-Joon, Hwang Jung-Eum, Lee Joon, Lee Yu-bi, Shin Eun-Kyung, Yoon Jong-hoon, Jo Yoon-hee, and Jo Jae-Yoon, who play the roles of the seven main characters Matthew Lee, Geum Ra-hee, Min Do-Hyeok, Han Mo-ne, Cha Ju-ran, Yang Jin-mo, Go Myung-ji, and Nam Cheol-woo respectively.

Now, coming to the plot of this show, in the series, the viewers meet seven different people who somehow get involved in a missing girl’s case. However, their journey begins with eight people on an island that is said to be cursed. This event also happens to be the turning point in their lives because it’s where a girl disappears. Or rather dies, or maybe even killed, but no one knows.

The girl disappeared without a trace, and nobody was willing to sacrifice themselves. Are they telling the truth, or are they just trying to save their lives with cheap lies? When they begin to pursue the truth to escape their fates, as time passes, will they succeed at uncovering the whole truth? Or will they be the ones who get punished by their fates chasing after them?

A Superior Day

Adapted from Team Getname’s novel, A Superior Day, starring Jin Goo as Lee Ho Cheol, is a thriller drama. It follows the life of Ho Cheol, a regular firefighter living a normal, regular life. One day, news about a serial killer spreads around, shaking all the people. Ho Cheol, aware of the news, is approached by a stranger who tells him that his neighbor is likely to be that serial killer.

Unaware that the stranger is also a contract killer, Lee Ho Cheol’s life will take him on a dangerous path where he will find himself caught between two different kinds of killers. Will he survive this battle before his time runs out, or will he end up losing everything he holds dear?
