The 2023 action film Selfiee, an Indian film in the Hindi language, is directed by Raj Mehta. The film is a replica of the 2019 Malayalam film Driving Licence, centered around the rivalry between a well-known actor and an RTO inspector. The interaction between popular Bollywood actor Vijay Kumar and RTO inspector Om Prakash Aggarwal during Vijay’s driver’s license renewal is the main focus of the film.
Seeing his loud admirers pestering Vijay, Om decides not to renew his license until he teaches his son a lesson. However, Vijay has to drive his wife to the hospital for surgery after Om fails his driving test. According to Vijay, he will give up acting and never drive again if Om keeps abusing his power. The fans attack Om, but Vijay steps in to save him, and they work out their differences.
Plot Of The Movie
It is discovered by the film crew that Vijay is missing his driver’s license, which is required to get a permit. The producer is enraged and anxious to get the filming done. Due to a procedural error during the transition between RTO buildings, Vijay is unable to issue a duplicate permission even though he is capable of doing so.
Vijay’s in-law friend urges Om to unlawfully issue the license without requiring Vijay to take the driving test to expedite the procedure. Om requests in exchange that Vijay personally meet with him at the RTO and provide evidence for the matter under investigation.
Popular actor Vijay Kumar must give up his driver’s license to obtain permission to film the conclusion of his next film on Indian Navy-leased property. But his license ran out, which delayed the making of the movie. The motor vehicle inspector Om Prakash Aggarwal is asked by Vijay’s in-law friend to give the license illegally to hurry up the procedure.
When Vijay’s pawn provides false information to the media, hurting Vijay’s reputation, Vijay visits the RTO to meet Om, only to become entangled in the media frenzy. Om feels that Vijay’s men attacked him and his family as a result of Suraj Diwan, Vijay’s adversary, hatching a scheme against him in the meantime.
Vijay calls Om in frustration, feeling pressured by his producer to finish filming and postpone the vacation while his wife receives medical attention in the US. Om accuses Vijay of being the one responsible for the attack on his family, but the police are unable to gather any solid proof against Vijay.
Om and his family demonstrate in front of Vijay’s home, to which Vijay replies that Om is a crazy stalker who is interfering with his life. Nevertheless, despite Om’s challenging questioning, Vijay consents to take the driving test in her presence and succeeds.

Vijay’s supporters harass Om’s son at school. Om decides to keep his kid home from school until Vijay fails his driving test, which Vijaya tries to ace on purpose. If Om keeps abusing his power, Vijay declares he will give up driving forever and stop acting. With some effort, Vijay obtains his driver’s license to take him and his spouse to the airport. With its emotional sequences, excellent performances, and funny comedy, the film is a great dose of entertainment. Om discloses that Vijay left his license in the gift box at the RTO office earlier.
Vijay welcomes Om and his family to his residence and chastises Suraj and Vimla for their errors. Two days later, Vijay tells the media that they’ve made up and that he’s got his driver’s license before heading to the airport. As the film comes to a close, Vijay drives his car to the airport.
