Chris Basham recently went through a terrible ankle injury as he was soon rushed to the hospital. The brave athlete received a standing ovation as he gave the crowd a thumbs-up before Basham was put into an ambulance and was taken to hospital.
Chris Basham had to go through a lengthy surgery on his broken ankle and will reportedly have to undergo yet another operation after he suffered a serious injury in his team’s 3-1 loss at Fulham.

Sheffield United manager Paul Heckingbottom recently broke silence on Chris Basham’s terrible injury, as he stated he is where he needs to be as the defender went down with a horror injury during his match with the Blades’ Premier League defeat at Fulham.
Basham had to be rushed to hospital after the injury, which happened during the first half. The athlete had to be given oxygen before he was stretchered off. Match referee Samuel Barrott further added a lengthy stoppage of 14 minutes time during the end of the opening 45.
