One of them is specifically trying to isolate her because of Lancelot, so she spreads all those rumors to make Rachel feel awkward around Hajin. It’s fine because Hajin thwarts and then recruits her as an ally. All of this leads to her having very complex feelings for him that she never quite sorts out or admits out loud.
