His latest flick got him a lot of attention worldwide, just like how K-Pop does whenever some new idol group shows up. The key difference is that while those people are thrown into the industry at a young age without their consent or intent, MC is different.
MC is built differently in every way, not only does he got the intent to become the next Oscar winner but he wants to be the best at it. Jokes aside, mixing RPG aspects with a slice of life is a novel idea. Not that it hasn’t been done before, but it has been done very few times.
Moreover, at least the story goes in an unknown direction and the main character isn’t a template of traits that most MCs share in the manhwa shonen sphere. That being said, is kind of OP as all the things go in his way and he gets to enjoy life to the fullest. And given that there could be an Oshi no Ko level of plot, it just focuses on the relaxing parts/vibes.

We didn’t get to see Seojun at all in the Superstar From Age 0 Chapter 19. There was a lot of talk about him thanks to his latest role but not much of him. His acting in the latest Sci-Fi flick has gotten the attention of many people.
The attention got so big, it might as well be the birth of Jesus in Christian terms, but this time people know he will be their Messiah. Messiah as in the actor who has a bright future ahead of him. And this is not to say how much this series romanticises the stardom, but then again, K Pop idols are in training from a very young age so that isn’t surprising.
As for the story, people were crying at the performance of the cute boy being abducted by aliens. They made it a Youtube challenge (subtle realism there) to take tissue with them during the screening. And for some reason, every person who watches the movie is lachrymose and cries their balls out.

Our hero has worked on all sorts of things at this point, and a big break is all he needs. Even though he is not that old physically but everyone once imagines starting life from the old days and making better choices.
Perhaps that is why this manhwa is so endearing. People see themselves as the kid doing great in life. The manhwas, most of the time (wouldn’t be a stretch to say most of the industry) is about protagonists people can project themselves into. And this little guy getting better life opportunities at a young age is great to see and experience.
