Stay With Me Episodes 21 and 22 will be released soon. The sweet love story blooming between the two young boys is coming to an end soon as the drama approaches its finale. The series is said to be a closure for the fans who were waiting for the finale of Addicted, one of the biggest Boy Love dramas to exist that was stopped mid-way.
Although the series seems more like a bromance due to the restrictions imposed, the true essence of it is a love story between the two boys chosen by destiny. The story is about Su Yu, a young boy whose mother leaves him and his father behind for money. She married director Wu, a rich man who has a son named Wu Bi. Su Yu has a hard time getting along with his stepbrother.
While Su Yu is a cold-hearted boy excellent at academics, Wu Bi is his polar opposite, an underachiever. Their differences do not seem to reduce or coexist from afar but with time the hatred softens and the two develop a beautiful bond. However, multiple challenges are tossed their way that may hurdle their promise of staying together forever.
Stay With Me Episode 20 Summary
The episode begins with Duo, Wu Bi, and Su Yu sitting under an open and clear sky and spending some time together. Wu Bi is unhappy even though his father has gifted him a car for his birthday. Duo is enjoying the view of constellations from the telescope.
When Su Yu asks Wu Bi about his unhappiness, he expresses his disappointment. Duo tells them an inspiring story about a duck and goose trying to teach them that what you like, others may not like it but they might still be trying their best to keep you happy.
Both Wu Bi and Su Yu are moved by her lesson but again start arguing about their choices right after. The next day, in the school, it is announced that the semester is over. Su Yu and Wu Bi join their parents in the cafe for work. They are surprised when Wu Bi’s real father Director Wu at their shop.
He orders noodles and leaves after eating them without talking to Wu Bi which is shocking for all. The next day he arrives again with his friends and all of them praise Wu Bi for working hard despite being rich. At night when Duo, Wu Bi, and Su Yu are having fun, Duo visits their room and finds the toy that Wu Bi has as a last memory of his mother.
She finds a receipt hidden in it of Hong Sheng Corporation’s illegal goods supply to Xin Cheng Corporation. This evidence assures them that Wu Bi’s mother did not commit suicide. They visit Director Wu and they set off to the police station. The next day, Wu calls Wu Bi to explain everything and also apologizes for not taking care of his mother.
He then visits his present wife Xiao San and plans to have a good meal with her. Zhao and Duo decide to visit Grandma as she is not well. At the end of the episode, Wu Bi and Su Yu are enjoying their meal together and spend some cute time getting playful.
