Married To My Boss Chapter 80 is the latest and final addition to the 2nd Season of the Comedy-Romance-Drama Manhwa. The story follows the life of the CEO of a Cosmetics company and her Secretary, who agrees to be a marriage of convenience.
And like every other story in this genre, their “Fake Relationship” soon blossoms into something real. For those who don’t know, the plot goes something like this.
Shen Seo-Hyun is the oldest son in a family that is not as well off as others. The pressure is on him to raise his family from their current situation. To that extent, Seo-Hyun worked hard in school to get into a prestigious university and then into a high-paying job.
The problem is his Boss, Choi Jeong-Woo. She is referred to as the Great Demon by her subordinates. That should tell her all you need to know about her.
Being her secretary Seo-Hyun tries his best to keep up with her demands. Come one day, she asks him to her office and asks him to marry her. She explains that she lied to look good in front of a possible business prospect.
And since they value honesty above all else she has to turn her lie into reality for the sake of her company. And what better person for that job than Seo-Hyun? As you can imagine Seo-Hyun rejected her advances.
Jeong-Woo tried his best to persuade him. She offered him money, incentives, and other perks, but Seo-Hyun did not budge. Seo-Hyun even considered changing jobs at one point.
However, due to certain circumstances, he is forced to take up Jeong-Woo’s offer. She signed the contract then and there and had him move into her place the same day. Furthermore, she introduced him to her parents as her new partner.
As time moves by, the duo starts becoming more open with each other. Seo-Hyun sees a side of Jeong-Woo that he has never seen before. And before you know it there were starting to transcend their relationship as Employee and Employer to something more intimate.
At the moment Jeong-Woo is in New York for a Comestics Expo. Unfortunately, Seo-Hyun was unable to join, but Kim Je-Ann is with her.

While on the way to America, Kim Je-Ann ran into Yoon Eun-Jae at the Airport. For those who don’t know Je-Ann is Jeong-Woo’s long-time friend and office manager at G Cosmetics.
And Eun-Jae is a model and the grandson of the President of the Trading Company from earlier (The Business Prospect). Eun-Jae was interested in Jeong-Woo but was rejected time and time again, bruising his ego and diminishing his self-esteem.
Since they both were heading to the same place, they made plans to meet. After Day 1 of the Expo Jeong-Woo went back to her room while Je-Ann wanted to go out to eat. Since she was free, she texted Eun-Jae to see if he was free. Since he was in the middle of a photoshoot, he was unable to reply.
When he caught a break, he made sure to text and made plans to meet up. However, before they could do so, they ran into each other.
Eun-Jae seems to think that meeting Je-Ann like this is fate and that there is something between them. They head to a restaurant where Eun-Jae talks about his interests as such.
He tells her that he is a hardcore introvert who prefers to stay home rather than go out. Je-Ann was under the impression that since he was a cliche artist type who goes out and parties every day. Before parting ways they made plans to meet again.
The scene then shifts to Jeong-Woo who is waiting for the perfect time to call Seo-Hyun. Due to the time difference, she had to wait quite a bit. However, when she called, it said he was on the phone with someone else.
This was odd as Jeong-Woo was under the impression that Seo-Hyun had no friends. Seo-Hyun called back right away, and it turned out he was on the phone with his mom. Turns out his parents want to visit him.
Seo-Hyun wanted to see if it was okay to invite them to her house even though she is not there. Jeong-Woo tells her that the house is his too and that he does not need to ask for her permission.
However, Seo-Hyun still feels uncomfortable since he feels as if he is inviting people to the house when the host is away. And there’s the added issue of his parents not knowing how big of a house Seo-Hyun is staying in as it’s their first visit.
Married To My Boss Chapter 80 Spoilers & Predictions
In the next chapter, which will be the last chapter of the season, we will get to see Je-Ann meet up with Eun-Jae again, possibly. Furthermore, we will get to see Seo-Hyun’s parent’s reaction to seeing his living condition now that he is married to his Boss.
I am sure they will be happy for him and might even want to move in with them. Even though Jeong-Woo will be okay with it Seo-Hyun won’t as he still hasn’t considered her house to be his own.
