Chapter 29 of I’m Being Raised by Villains is right around the corner, and fans are excited to know what will happen next in the series. The last chapter ended with Ayrin receiving an interesting offer as a reward for finding Richard and bringing him back.
A shapeshifter couldn’t own a house in the capital. No one would be there to help her, no matter what happened. They needed to be part of a clan or have a master to gain protection under the law. But she didn’t have a master. Her only option was to go back to her clan.
In the end, the Duke offered her a choice. If she became Richard’s sibling, he would provide her with everything, including a home for life. He was willing to go to such lengths for her, especially since she was a shapeshifter who came from an orphanage.
As you are waiting in anticipation for the next chapter to release, we are here to provide you with all the necessary information regarding it, including its release date and time, as well as where you can read the chapter as soon as it releases.
We will also provide you with any spoilers we may come across, but first, let’s have a quick recap of the last chapter to refresh your memory.
I’m Being Raised by Villains Chapter 28: Recap
Duke Kollin tells them they found the last member of the pirates. He tied him up tightly and turned him into rags. Even though Richard asked about it, Ayrin believed that it was inappropriate to describe the torture process in front of him since he was merely eight years old.
To her surprise, instead of being shocked, he was happy. So much so that he asked his father to show it to him if it happened again. It was already time for dinner. He allowed Richard’s friends to stay as long as they wanted. But before that, he wanted to talk privately to Ayrin. He had much to discuss with her.
She noticed that his eyes had changed. To him, she was just an outsider. She told him she found Richard at a faraway orphanage. It was common knowledge that archmage children don’t get along with normal children. They instinctively avoid archmages who are different.
She told him they had a nice teacher at the orphanage. Thanks to Alvion’s love and care, Richard grew up well. Duke Kollin was relieved. Since he couldn’t do anything to the other kids, he had planned to bring in the headmaster. Ayrin had saved his life with only a sentence.
He then asked her about the reward that she wanted. He would grant her anything she wanted. After thinking a lot, she finally settled for a house in the capital. It wasn’t a problem in itself, but it wasn’t worth what she had done, especially since she was a shapeshifter.
I’m Being Raised by Villains Chapter 29: Predictions
In the next chapter, we will get to know if Ayrin will accept the Duke’s offer. In all honesty, it seemed like a good deal for her. She would get food, shelter, and a place to belong, while Richard would be able to stay with her as her brother.
But it may not be as sweet as it seems. We don’t know what will happen if her real parents appear later in the story. In that case, accepting this offer here may lead to some complications.
