Korean Ramyeon has been a comfort food for Koreans. Kang Ho Dong, Lee Seung Gi, and Baek In Hyuk joined to open a ramyeon restaurant in Japan. They have selected Enoshima Island, a famous tourist place for Brother Ramyeon restaurant. They are ready to share their ramyeon recipes and flavors with Japan, the land of Ramen.
There are rules to run the restaurant. Every day, the restaurant will serve three dishes to the customers. Customers will vote on the dish they ate. If brothers receive one negative review, they must remove the food themselves. In one week, they must prepare 21 dishes. Votes are counted at the end of the day. They have to prevent the dishes from getting eliminated. It creates too much emphasis on them. It is the way the restaurant will operate.
Brother Ramyeon Episode Recap:
On Enoshima Island, Kang Ho Dong, Lee Seung Gi, and Bae In Hyuk have opened a restaurant. Kang Ho Dong and Seung Gi are in charge of cooking, whereas Bae In Hyuk is helping them with other tasks like serving and placing orders. People have fallen in love with Korean ramyeon.
On the second day, Brother Ramyeon will serve Donghaemul Ramyeon, Jeonjubibim Ramyeon, and Galbi Curry Ramyeon. If they want to keep the dishes, they must make them delicious by putting their soul into it.
They received three Jeonjubibim Ramyeon takeaway orders, and the consumers were from next door. It was their first order of takeaway. For the takeaway, the lady brought her bowls from home. Ho Dong began preparing for the Jeonjubibim Ramyeon.
The customers were amazed by the visual presentation of Donghaemul Ramyeon. Three girls came, and one of them identified Ho Dong. Seung Gi and Ho Dong are working non-stop to finish the pending orders. Bae In Hyuk was serving the table and taking reviews about the food. Seung Gi and Baek In Hyuk kept praying the dishes to be delicious and get good reviews. Ho Dong and Seung Gi finished the takeaway meal in the kitchen, but Ho Dong almost flipped one bowl. Thankfully, the accident did not occur, and the food was safe.
The second day at the restaurant came to an end. Dinnertime was hectic for the three of them. The kitchen was nearly finished when two customers arrived. The father-daughter duo ordered Galbi Curry Ramyeon. Ho Dong and his fan had fun and made everyone giggle. Seung Gi and Ho Dong were exhausted from the busy restaurant, but it wasn’t long before additional customers arrived after the restaurant had closed.
Baek In Hyuk showed his appreciation to the customers through phone translation. Customers keep on arriving, and Seung Gi greets them. They ran out of ingredients yet cooked an excellent meal anyhow. They decided to extend their hours for the following day due to increased activity. The shop was finally closed, but it was time to count votes. Donghaemul Ramyeon got eliminated from the menu card.
On day three, the menu will include Jeonjubibim Ramyeon, Galbi Curry Ramyeon, and a new dish, Pork Belly Kimchi Ramyeon, and Pan Fried dumplings as a side dish. Customers are already lining up outside the restaurant as they prepare the ingredients.
