The Genius of the Unique Lineage’s latest chapter just got released on the internet with reviling the new villain organization in the story, Prometheus. In the next chapter, we might see them making their appearance in the story. The latest chapter, chapter 46, was shorter than usual, and nothing much changed in the story except the introduction of Prometheus.
The chapter was smoother at the start, but the ending changed the whole atmosphere completely. Even though nothing much happened in the story, it was still fun to read it. Seeing Yoo Gwang-Ik cracking jokes when Sunbae invited him to eat ramen at her home really was funny and made us laugh throughout the chapter.

The Genius of the Unique Lineage Chapter 46 recap
The chapter starts with Jeong Kinam holding Yoo Gwang-Ik’s collar and asking him about the previous day. Jeong told him that he was the one who kicked his head that time. Yoo Gwang-Ik told him he didn’t know what he was talking about.
Jeong mind was filled with anger, so when he heard him not confessing his crimes, he tried to punch him. However, when he was about to punch Yoo Gwang-Ik, Hyung came and stopped both of them. He told them not to fight at work just because they were not on good terms with each other.
Later we see Yoo Gwang-Ik and Sunbae walking together and talking about Jeong Kinam. Yoo Gwang-Ik told her that he should knock Jeong out and leave him tied up there. Jeong got all silent when the assistant manager talked to him; he ignored him even when he lurked around. When they reached Sunbae’s residency, Yoo Gwang-Ik was about to leave, but Sunbae asked him if he wanted to come to her home to have some ramen.
Sunbae was making ramen while Yoo Gwang-Ik was sitting on the couch, thinking about something. Yoo Gwang-Ik thought that considering the type of person Sunbae is, she might not know the meaning of the phrase eating ramen together (he thought it was something like Netflix and Chill). He was all nervous as it was his first time coming to a woman’s apartment. He thought that Sunbae might like him. After eating ramen, nothing happened; it was the same as eating at the cafeteria at work.
After they were done eating, Sunbae told him that she had something to tell him and asked him to come to her room. While sweating with awkwardness, Yoo Gwang-Ik told her that she was a great person but not his type. Sunbae told him to stop joking and come to her room. Inside Sunbae’s room, there was a wall marking men people’s names. Sunbae told him that those are currently known as Prometheus members, and they might come after him.
He should be careful, especially with those three. Yoo Gwang-Ik asked her about them. She told him that he should avoid them if he ever saw them. She wanted to kill Prometheus. So Yoo Gwang-Ik told her they would kill them for sure. To Yoo Gwang-Ik, her room felt like her vulnerability. He did want to know if she was doing it because of some grudge or revenge. To him, Prometheus is an enemy and an evil force.
