My Love Story With Yamada-kun at Lv999 Episode 4 titled “Are You In Love With Yamada?” continues with the events from the Mixer where we learn that Rurihime is actually a guy who infact helped Akane through the direction and his real name is Eita. Meanwhile, the girl that Yamada has been talking to is actually Eita’s sister Runa.
Runa is actually a silent member of the guild and not known by another member as she does not play much but still comes to events thanks to his brother which makes Akane relieved knowing that Yamada is infact single and he did not lie to her. Runa expresses that she hates the casual relationship that Akane has with Yamada and even blurts out asking Akane if she is in love with him but Eita scolds her for asking such a thing however, Akane is surprised to learn that she infacts has a crush on Yamada.
