The Thai BL (Boy’s Love) series, Love Syndrome III, has attracted a sizable amount of viewership since its on-screen debut on March 4, 2023. The viewers of the series had been going gaga over the chemistry between the couples in the series since the release of its trailer.
Marut Sarowat’s Love Syndrome III is an adaptation of a Thai web novel of the same name written by Yeo Nim. The series revolves around two rough, aggressive, and overly possessive men, Day (Lee Long Shi) and Itt (Frank Thanatsaran Samthonglai). However, unexpectedly, these two men fall madly in love with each other. But when a deadly car accident causes Day to lose his memory partially, Itt puts in heavy efforts to help Day regain his memory as Day becomes ruthless after gaining consciousness.
Recently, with its seventh episode has been released, Love Syndrome III has not seen much progress in the series. The series is kind of a slow burner with a lot of toxic masculinity involved in it. However, the viewers are liking the toxic relationship between a few couples in the series.

Love Syndrome III Episode 7 Recap
In the last few episodes of Love Syndrome III, we have seen how Itt has been consistently and dedicatedly making all the efforts to help Day regain his memory of their relationship. However, Day treats him, Itt tolerates it out of love – be it Day misbehaving with him or be it Day hitting him.
In the previous episode, episode 7, which was released on April 15, 2023, we see Day slowly regaining his memory as he gets to see some glimpses of his past flash in front of his eyes. Day’s jealousy towards Itt is getting back to him whenever any guy comes near Itt or even tries to talk to him.
Other characters, like Bell, have been helping Day unintentionally by narrating some past incidents of the couple, where Itt used to be very rough and jealous whenever any guy approached Day, and Day, too, always gave in to Itt’s arrogance. Despite, Itt’s misbehavior and extreme possessiveness, Day had to make him understand his feeling for him consistently.
In the episode, we have also seen Day and Itt consummating their relationship when Day asks Itt to prove to him that he is his boyfriend. Subsequently, we also witness Day and Itt fighting with each other the following day when Day insists on driving on the racing track, and Itt comes in front of his car to stop him.
Day hits Itt out of anger, which hurts Itt. Later, when Itt reaches home with a bruised face, Day’s brother, Night, and his boyfriend, Gear, advise It to go away from Day to make him realize his importance. Although, initially, Itt refuses to leave Day, later, after giving it a thought, he decides to go away without informing Day with the hope that Day would go looking for him, just like in the past.
The episode ends with Day trying to contact Itt out of concern, as he feels sorry for hitting him, but however, fails to get through to him. Night and Gear also do not give any clue to Day about Itt’s whereabouts and ask him to find Itt on his own.
Love Syndrome III Episode 8 Preview: Explained
The upcoming episode, episode 8, is expected to be an intense one, as Day tries to gather information about Itt’s whereabouts from Gear. When Gear refuses to tell him anything, Day will be seen torturing him and hitting him to get some clue out of him. On the other side, Itt will be seen spending some quality time with Bon.
Bon will try to pursue Itt as they grow close while spending time with each other. Meanwhile, Day gets reminded of a few more incidents from his past, in which Day and Itt had given a ring to each other, which signifies their commitment towards each other. Subsequently, Day will get hold of the ring from Itt’s closet.
The night will give a few hints to Day about Itt’s location on seeing Gear’s condition. He will ask Day to look in a place where both Day and Itt had very special memories.
Therefore, hopefully, the viewers will be able to see some progress in the relationship between Day and Itt in the upcoming episode after Day successfully finds Itt. It is quite understandable that the audience is eagerly waiting for Day to regain his memory about his relationship with Itt, which will probably give a push to the whole story of the series.
