Seon Wook will be battling Park Ki-Duk and earning his position as one of the rankers in his school’s BTS. Ma Seokpil, along with other seniors, will be watching the match unfold and see how which one of them will win. However, the underdog will be winning the fight in 99 Boss Chapter 12.
A little about the protagonist of the action series, as the series focuses heavily on his adventures in the new school. Seon Park is the kind of guy who thinks too highly of himself and doesn’t like it when someone tries to put him down. And he also had a habit of challenging people with his vibe, which led to a lot of trouble.
His family became sick of his attitude and decided that he needed to be disciplined in curbing his behavior. But despite all their disciplinary actions, they failed to make him listen and ultimately sent him to Farway.
However, he was affected by their actions, and by the time he left for the new school he had become somewhat calm. However, that calm was challenged when the new school was filled with people who itched his urges once again.

99 Boss Chapter 12 will be one of the first major fights for Seon Wook, a fight to decide his place in the school. Seon Wook thought that his new school life would be peaceful and away from conflict. Otherwise, his parents wouldn’t have sent him deep into the mountains, far away from the confines of society where he can’t rampage.
However, it turns out that the school in the mountains is exactly the kind of thing that Seon Wook wants. If it were not for that, he would have stagnated in due time and become worse for different reasons. It could be why his parents sent him to the mountain school as they hoped it would help him.
It will remain a mystery for some time as to why MC’s parents sent him to the new school if they were against violence. They could be in on the whole thing, or maybe it was all just a big accident. Whatever the truth may be, it is working out in favor of Seon Wook whose tiger roars from inside. Also, many people have eyes on him, so he wouldn’t be running out of trouble to cause, trouble looking for him whenever it could.
Recap
99 Boss Chapter 11 starts with Yeong Hoo explaining what BTS or the Battle Target System was about. It meant that the leader of the class should take on a challenge when an underdog asks for it. The winner will be the new ruler of the class, while the whole system is under the scrutiny of the school’s king.
The patients at the hospital realized what Yeong Hoo was doing and questioned his sanity as he started babbling. The bedridden guy came to his senses but was soon pulled back to the world of BTS when his friend called. Hoo has to see this fight for it will decide who will be the new king for 1999.
We are then shown multiple characters entering the gymnasium and making themselves threatening to the junior classmen who were gathered. Everyone was surprised to see a transfer student asking for a BTS match but some argued it should be okay as the king agreed to it. However, that was when the second years of the school started pouring in and appraised Seon Wook. One particular second year among them, Suzy, had a different reaction to Wook though, hinting at romance between the two.
